This tiny cottage has all you need and nothing you will miss during your stay.

A queen bed, comfy mattress, bed linens and extra pillows and blankets.

Outside has small garden with 2 Adirondacks and table facing the West side of the island to take advantage of the sunset;

Set among Cedar trees and grassy lawns wrapped in New England heritage stone walls.

Being on the main road gives quick access to area attractions.

Perfect landing spot when you are visiting Aquidneck Island for a wedding, celebration, reunion, graduation, sports tournament, festival/concert.

Each cottage has two Adirondack chairs and a table outdoor seating and parking is accessible to guests

Other things to note

Cottage is located on a main road and even if planning to go south- at some times of day it is easier to turn right (North) onto West Main Road; then take next right on Hedley and follow to end and turn right on East Main Road (South) and travel into Newport on East Main.

Both West and East Main Roads travel North to South on the island-

West Main is on the West side of the island

East Main is on the East side of the island and both head into Newport.
